Troy Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their Halloween Parade on Tuesday, October 31st at 6:00 PM
If you are interested in participating, the costume and float judging will be held between 5:00-5:30 at WR Croman Elementary School. Line up will be at 5:45 with the parade to start at 6:00. The route will go along Canton Street, to the red light, and then down Elmira Street to the High School Student Parking Lot. Trick or treating will be held after the parade until 8:00 PM.
