Members included Zachary Gates, Bonnie Seeley, Rollin Baker, Lori Barnett, James Blade, Mike Bridgham, Susan Storch, Kim Chebalo, Barbara Barrett, Elizabeth Card, Casey Dygert, Scott Cummings, Robyn Cummings, Amy Ward, Veronica Seymour, Scot Sample, and Trish Wilkinson. Minutes from March were motioned for approval by Ward and seconded by R. Cummings. The Troy Chamber of Commerce met on Wednesday, April 6, at noon at Northern Tier Solid Waste.
Members included Zachary Gates, Bonnie Seeley, Rachel Heitzenrater, Veronica Seymour, Robyn Cummings, Amy Ward, Scot Sample, Trish Wilkinson and Barbara Barrett. Minutes from March were motioned for approval by Cummings and seconded by Seymour. For the treasurer’s report, it was noted there was $42,886 in the regular checking, $2,000 in the restricted account and $5,628.15 in the money market. There were 45 members as of April 5. Gates noted to chamber members to get their application in as soon as possible. Heitzenrater will send out an update as to who has done that so far out of the 45 people. The Troy Chamber of Commerce met on Thursday, March 2, at noon at the Allen F. Pierce Library.
Those present included: Kim Bailey, Judy Beardslee, Tara Freeman, Barb Barrett, RP Baker, Elizabeth Card, Janilyn Elias, Scot Sample, Trisha Wilkinson, Scott Snow, Bonnie Seeley and Rachel Heitzenrater. Online was Tami Bethune. The group heard from Bethune on the option to update the chamber’s current website. Bethune reviewed some features of the website and noted some possibilities of what the chamber could utilize it for, such as a blog feature, “member since” feature, highlighting Hometown Heroes and highlighting a chamber member with a regular rotation. The Troy Chamber of Commerce met via Zoom on Wednesday, February 3, at noon. The meeting lasted about 25 minutes total.
Those present included: President Zachary Gates, Treasurer Elizabeth Card, Secretary Rachel Heitzenrater, Tami Bethune, Trish Wilkinson, L. Barnett and Mike Bridgham. Meeting minutes from January were motioned for approval by Card and seconded by Bethune. They were approved. The Troy Chamber of Commerce began their first 2022 meeting via ZOOM at noon on Wednesday, January 5.
Those in attendance included: Zachary Gates, Veronica Seymour, Elizabeth Card, Rachel Heitzenrater, Scot Sample, Trish Wilkinson, Susan Storch, Bryan Seymour, Robyn Cummings, Mike Bridgham, Lori Barnett, Bonnie Seeley, Tara Freeman, Gayle Morse, Amy Ward. A motion to approve the previous month’s minutes was made by Cummings and seconded by Veronica Seymour. For the treasurer’s report, Card noted $40,495.50 in the regular checking, $5,626.76 in the money market and $2,000 in restricted donations after a $1,000 donation from E-Tech. It was also noted that the 2021 year ended with 83 members total. Meetings for the 2022 year were set for the first Wednesday of every month at noon, with locations to be determined or unless otherwise rescheduled. A list of vacancies for locations will be sent out to members for their review and hopeful participation. |
